    How does the self‑cleaning system work?

    After your cat leaves the litter box, the sensor detects the activity and starts a cleaning cycle after a short delay. The drum rotates, sifts the clean litter, and separates the clumps into the waste drawer, leaving a fresh bed of litter for the next use.

    Is it safe for my cat?

    Yes. The litter box uses multiple safety sensors to detect when your cat is inside or nearby. If movement is detected during a cleaning cycle, it will automatically pause and resume only when the area is clear.

     What type of litter can I use?

    We recommend clumping litter with small to medium granules for best performance. Non‑clumping, crystal, or pellet litters are not recommended as they can affect the self‑cleaning function and sensor accuracy.

     How often do I need to empty the waste drawer?

    This depends on how many cats use the box, but on average you’ll need to empty the waste drawer every 5–7 days for one cat. The app/notifier will help you monitor when the bag is getting full.

     Is it suitable for multiple cats?

    Yes. The 6.5L capacity and large interior make it suitable for households with up to 2–3 cats, as long as they are within the recommended weight range. All cats should be gradually introduced to the new litter box.
